Free standard shipping for orders over USD 49. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing can take up to 3-5 business days during restocks, promotions, and peak season.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours.

Typically, we deliver most orders within 5 to 8 business days. All delivery times do not include processing time.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information.

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the reshipping charges unless there was an error made on our behalf.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance as soon as possible. Felety Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Weather delays, a higher volume of orders, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order has not shipped after three business days, please contact us via email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@feletyhair.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
